We are a proud people with much to share about our Puerto Rican culture. It is our honor and pleasure to do so. Continue to explore this website as the development continues.

Interested in getting involved? We could use the help. Primarily we need help putting the content together such as writing and sorting our collection of photographs. If you are in an HPRSD program or involved in certain events recently or throughout the years, your perspective would be invaluable. Also we can use some help proofing each page both in its content as well as the links used. Get involved and have fun in the process!

There is a large Puerto Rican community in San Diego County and in nearby counties who like to stay informed on what is going on. We have been developing a number of communication channels (e.g., email database, website, e-newsletters, flyers, brochures, e-commerce, etc.) in recent years. Also, there are so many new technologies worth exploring.

We need willing and fun-loving volunteers who would like to work together and love to Toot Our Horns to the world.

Communication is key to support the vision of the HPRSD organization and
the many programs & activities that get us there.
